welcome to the club - I, too am a student and I spend a good 45min. minimum every morning in iTunes arranging and tagging my shows (witness all the covers I put up).
I listen to at least one show a day, if not partials of two or three.
But, I also find time to listen to other stuff - my morning commute is usually some oakenfold, or dj tiesto - something to get the blood moving. Then, later at night, playing cards with the wifey, we listen to mainly the Dead, but also shuffle on iPod - the latest being 2gigs of bb king, curtis mayfeild, flight of the conchords, foo fighters, gypsy kings, gnarls barkley, jackson browne, lyle lovett, paul mccartney and wings, tom petty, tom wiats, and willie nelson (only spelled it all out because this seems to be the *diggity* mix for evening cards). Fortunately, the wifey is a 'head as well, and I never get a complaint - Zoey's already there as well.
umm ... what was the question again?

OH man is that not a picture of the stickiest of the icky? Stinky stank. Jeebish.

I'm actually quite proud of my GD collection on iTunes. I've got about 400 concerts, all of the Dick's Picks (thank you you know who...) and some other stuff.

I my previous life, I was a heavy metal fan from age 14 - 30. For most of that time I listened almost exclusively to Iron Maiden, and I at one point collected about 100 bootlegs which are quite hard to find. Actually it's hard to find bootlegs for just about any band besides the Dead. But then my house in college burned down and I lost them all. Ugh.

The Grateful Dead is my new Iron Maiden.
